What is 'World Peace Puzzle’?

•  'World Peace Puzzle’ is a contest inspired by peace. The development of the puzzle initially started in September 2008 and was completed by December 2008.  ‘World Peace Puzzle’ transforms the world map into a puzzle with 5,000 pieces. Each piece will be hyperlinked to a page representing a company that chooses to sponsor the contest and support its worthy ideals. Of course for solving such a game there will be great cash prizes, a sum of hundred thousand dollars for the first 10 winners. The contest attracts sponsors by selling them one piece of the puzzle. The specific piece will be a linked to the sponsors’ website therefore attracting viewers. Also by owning a piece, sponsors will provide us with a company logo or desired advertising image and it will be place in the ‘AdLoader’ before the puzzle begins. On top of it all, sponsors will be listed in the 'sponsor' page for the years to come.

What is the ‘AdLoader’?

• The 'AdLoader' is an advertisement window that appears during the loading time of world peace puzzle. It has a 30 second time period. Sponsors will provide us with a company logo or desired advertising image and it will be shown here randomly before the puzzle begins.

What is the difference between the World Peace Puzzle Beta and  World Peace Puzzle Final ?

• The main difference between beta and the final version are,

1.      World Peace Puzzle Beta has no saving option, and therefore it is posted to show visitors and potential sponsors  the functionality of the puzzle. World Peace Puzzle Beta has a generic login name and password  and it will remain on our server until all 500 sponsors of the the puzzle have been determined.

2.     All the pieces in World Peace Puzzle Beta are currently linked to our main website www.worldpeacecontest.com. Every time a sponsor buys a piece of the puzzle, that specific piece will be changed to the sponsors desired link . Also the  'AdLoader' will be updated with a desire logo. World Peace Puzzle Beta  is therefore a place holder for World Peace Puzzle Final  before the contest begins.  Once the 5000 pieces are sponsored, the puzzle will be finalized into World Peace Puzzle Final and will be ready for the contest.

Is the puzzle functional? Do pieces connect together!?

• World Peace Puzzle is fully functional and has been created in such a way that is user friendly and easy to use. The pieces will connect together when placed in the right sequence.

What happens when all the pieces are correctly put together?

• A pop up box will congratulate you on winning the World Peace Puzzle. The contest will be over when the first 10 winners are determined, and our prize distributions will begin.
• World Peace Puzzle', the 'AdLoader' and the ‘sponsors’ page will be available on our website even after the contest has been completed. This is done to maintain our  integrity for our sponsors.
